The eyes are farmed by killing Demons in Antoran Wastes
To farm these you first need to gain a debuff called ‘Agent of the All-Seer’
This – disguises you as an agent of the All-seer
– Increases your damage taken by 100%
– allows you to collect intact demon eyes
– make you hostile to otherwise friendly npcs
– does not persist through death
To get the buff you must click on an ‘All Seer’s Focus’
Important – when clicking you will sacrifice 90% of your total health – not 90% your current/remaining health – so be fully healed before clicking or you will die
All Seer’s Focus looks like a large greenish eye on a pedestal
The Focus can spawn in different spots
One spawn is on the second floor of the ‘Spirit Crucible’ structure (named on the map).
Another one is in Houndmaster Kerrax’s cave on the left side as you enter. ( Putrid Laboratory)
Another one is in the cave where Orix the All-Seer is (pretty sure this focus is permanant unlike the others)
Another is in the middle spider cave
Eyes are used as currency to buy items from Orix the All-Seer
Eyes show up in bags not currency tab
Orix the All-Seer is found in a cave under the bridge by the lava, south of the ‘Spirit Crucible’
Located at 59.5 44.9 (Under the bridge). Can see cave from bridge – jump down

Squished Demon Eye -50 eyes – toss it at someone they get a debuff called “Squished Demon Eye” with the flavor text “Who throws an eye? Honestly….” for 10 seconds, and they also become green for the duration of the debuff.
All-Seer’s Draught – 25 eyes – Consumed on use. Same purpose as clicking on All Seer’s Focus (including losing 90% total health)
Gift of the All-Seer – 200 eyes – This is a permanent item and is NOT consumed on use. You must be in Antoran Wastes to use it. Same effect as clicking on an All Seer’s focus
Observer’s Locus Resonator – 500 eyes
Opens a portal which Leads to Rezira the Seer who has a chance of dropping Sightless Eye
Sightless eyes is in toy catergory –
Makes you very difficult to detect for 10 min.
Only usable on Argus and the Broken Isles
Portal can be used by anyone – i.e -ungrouped, opposite faction , and lasts a few minutes
Can be used anywhere in Antoran Wastes –
Cross Gazer-1000 eyes – companion
All-Seer’s Eye -1000 eyes
Toy -Use: Summon the Eye of the All-Seer, allowing the caster to see through the target’s eyes and offer insights to the target for 1 min. (30 Min Cooldown)
Best tip would probably be to get 200 demons eyes and buy the Gift of the All-Seer so you can get your buff without having to seek out a Focus
Good place to farm – outside Putrid Laboratory – the filthy assistants – seems to be fast respawn and good drop rate
Used to be a few good places to farm but seems they were nerfed
