To this achieve you need to retrieve certain items from around the zone by using the Forge- tap on Progenitor Forges (orb shaped objects scattered all over the zone)
Though potentially the items can drop randomly Wowhead has a list of places where they can be found most definitely . The waypoints are a guide and while you may get the drop from the orb at the waypoint you may not, so check orbs in the surrounding area.
Orbs reset after 3 mins so you can repeat ones you have done already
To get Firim’s Spare Forge-tap speak with Firim located in Zereth Mortis inside the cave (Exile’s Hollow).
You have to complete some main campaign quests in Zereth Mortis to unlock Firim.

Out over in the zone starting area
Look for a large orb with a smaller one just below, the smaller one has a bird flying around it
It’s the smaller orb you need – and you need to stand in the curved out hollow bit
