Syntactic Vault
The Syntactic Vault is located in Zereth Mortis near the Sepulcher of the First Ones at 77.54 58.20 inside a cave which it’s entrance is at 76.31 59.59
To disable the Syntactic Seal locking the treasure you need to gain six stacks of Syllabic Recall that you obtain from Runic Syllable inscribed on pillars scattered around the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
The buff last five minutes but it’s refreshed with a new stack.
NOTE: Moving while interacting with a Runic Syllable can make it disappear without giving you a stack of Syllabic Recall. Stay in place until you confirm you got the stack to prevent this bug from happening. If a Runic Syllable disappeared this way you will have to wait for it to respawn which takes approximately 5 minutes.

After reaching six stacks you can then interact with the Syntactic Seal unlocking the Syntactic Vault.
