You need to collect the Mistaken Ovoid treasure:
Find 5 Lost Ovoid all over the Zereth Mortis near the sphere objects.
They look like small spheres and have random respawn locations (Look coordinates and note below)
Go to the treasure location and inside the cave you will find Frazzled Poultrid Hen with Missing Ovoids
Cave entrance is from the lake side down the mountain.
Turn in all the Lost Ovoid to the Mistaken Ovoid and collect the treasure
