This achievement is for completing Tazavesh on hard mode
Only one person needs the neck, and only need to do the last 3 bosses, all other members will get this achievement
Activate hard mode and then talk to Ta’piks to skip to Stormheim and kill only the last 3 bosses
You can join a Streets m+ group, and after the dungeon is cleared, go back and do the steps to obtain Passably-Forged Credentials.

How to Activate Hard Mode Tazavesh
Acquire Passably-Forged Credentials
In order to activate the Hard Mode instance of Tazavesh, you will need to do a little bit of setup once and acquire the Passably-Forged Credentials.
Defeat the first boss
After the first boss, head down the stairs to the right and hidden in the corner to your right is Questionable Trader.
Buy the Fraudulent Credentials neck from Questionable Trader on the last page.
Head to Au’Myza’s Oasis and complete the trading event to learn the password and enter.
Talk to Xy’darid and buy the item that he’s selling.
One person in your group should pick up the item and deliver it to the current Broker, while the rest of the party prevents them from being killed by the trash.
Each of the Brokers accepts a different type of item. For example, Denathrius’ Private Diary should be delivered to Xy’kitaab, as he wants Rare Texts.
Once you’ve traded 3 times, the final Broker will give you to password to enter!
Inside Au’Myza’s Oasis, don’t head to the stage. Instead talk with Au’manal who will ask you to exchange your Fraudulent Credentials for Passably-Forged Credentials.
With your new neck in hand, grab the new quest Tazavesh: A Hard Bargain and you’re now ready to start Hard Mode!
