Hidden Battle Pets and Vendors in BfA

Hidden Vendors

Nigel Rifthold – Drustvar
Nigel is friendly to both Horde and Alliance, and unlocking him requires some bribing in Drustvar.
Head to Anyport, the Neutral flight path in the Western coast of Drustvar.
Xun Xun Sunflower is located at 20 45.
Buy 10 Tirasreli Gourmet Chocolate from Xun Xun Sweetflower.
This will cost 500 in total.
With the chocolates in hand, head to 52 31 in Drustvar.
This is next to Fallhaven.
You will find a treehouse.
Inside the treehouse you will find the Adventurer’s Society Loot Stash, not marked on the minimap.
Looting this chest will give you the temporary title
No Good, Dirty, Rotten, Candy Stealer! for 1 hour.
Having the 10 Tirasreli Chocolates in your inventory allows you to interact with the chest a second time, consuming the chocolates in your inventory and spawning Nigel as a pet vendor.

Nigel initially sells the following pets:
Crimson Frog for Polished Pet Charm x100. Summons Crimson Frog.
Wad of Spider Web for Polished Pet Charm x100. Summons Bilefang Skitterer.

You can unlock 3 extra Battle Pets from him:
Smoochums’ Bloody Heart for Polished Pet Charm x100.
Summons Smoochums.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you need to complete the creepy Abby Lewis questline: Teddies and Tea, Kitty?, The Village of Glenbrook and Tea Party.

Drustvar Piglet for Polished Pet Charm x75.
Summons Drustvar Piglet.
This Battle Pet is unlocked by completing the questlines in Carver’s Harbor: To Market, To Market, Save Their Bacon/ Big Bad Wolves/ Pork Chop/ That’s Not My Fetish, Cured Ham.
Due to the requirements to unlock this Battle Pet, it can only be obtained by Alliance characters.

Bloody Rabbit Fang for Polished Pet Charm x300.
Summons Frenzied Cottontail.
You unlock this Battle Pet by killing the Cottontail Matron rare mob.

Shoak/Blind Wunja – Nazmir
Those two NPCs are located in Nazmir, and sell the same battle pets with one exception.
Although Shoak is friendly to both factions, after rescuing him, he settles in the Horde camp of Gloom Hollow, which makes buying pets for Alliance characters a nuisance.
Alliance characters can, instead, head to Blind Wunja to buy the same pets that Shoak offers with one exception.
All Shoak unlocks will also become available on Blind Wunja.

To unlock Shoak as a vendor, you need to do the following:
Find his friend, Kajosh, at 55 36 in Nazmir.
Complete Kajosh’s questline to free Shoak from the Blood Trolls ( Profanity Filter, Killing Cannibals/ Just Say No to Cannibalism/ Shoak’s on the Menu).
After completing the questline, both Kajosh and Shoak will be available in Gloom Hollow, at 67 42.

Blind Wunja, on the other hand, is located inside a cave at 34 55.

Both Shoak and Blind Wunja will initially sell the following pets:
Crimson Frog for Polished Pet Charm x100. Summons Crimson Frog.

Bloodfeaster Larva for Polished Pet Charm x 200. Summons Bloodfeaster Larva.

You can unlock one extra Battle Pet from them:
Accursed Hexxer for Polished Pet Charm x 500. Summons Accursed Hexxer.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you will need to complete the quest ‘An Ancient Curse’.

Additionally, Shoak will only sell this pet to Horde Characters:
Toad in a Box for Polished Pet Charm x 200. Summons Swamp Toad.

Jenoh – Voldun
Jenoh is a snake charmer Vulpera that operates near the Terrace of the Devoted.
To unlock this vendor, you need to complete a small questline which involves bringing her, her snake flute, and help clear her ravine from invaders.
Only Horde players can interact with Jenoh and complete the questline to unlock this vendor.
However, Alliance can access some of those Battle Pets with Madeline Netley in Stormsong Valley.
Find the Desert Flute near the Temple of the Devoted (st 28 54 and bring it to Jenoh (at 29 59) on the quest ‘A Lost Flute’.
Complete Jenoh’s quests ( A Charming Tail/ Just a Nip, My Hungry Neighbor).
Finishing this questline will award youy Snake Charmer’s Flute, which teaches the Battle Pet Guardian Cobra Hatchling.

Jenoh initially sells the following Battle Pets (which can be bought with Madeline Netley by Alliance characters):
Barnacled Hermit Crab for Polished Pet Charm x 50. Summons Barnacled Hermit Crab.
Sandstinger Wasp for Polished Pet Charm x 50. Summons Sandstinger Wasp.
Violent Looking Flower Pot for Polished Pet Charm x 150. Summons Carnivorous Lasher.
Freshwater Pincher for Polished Pet Charm x 250. Summons Freshwater Pincher.

Horde Players can also unlock an exclusive pet from Jenoh:
Ranishu Runt for Polished Pet Charm x 250. Summons Ranishu Runt.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you need to complete the quests ‘Meet the Goldtusk Gang’, ‘Ruins-Level Marketing’ and ‘Ranishu Are Resources’.

Hidden Battle Pets
These battle pets can be bought by vendors already available, but need to be unlocked by meeting certain requirements.

Dana Pull
Dana Pull, located at 50 45 in Boralus (inside the Ruff Waters shop), initially sells mostly Battle Pet supplies, as well as some common Battle Pets sold by many other vendors.
However, Alliance characters can unlock two Battle Pets from him:
Greatwing Macaw Feather for Polished Pet Charm x 50. Summons Greatwing Macaw.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you need to complete the quest ‘Rodrigo’s Revenge’.
This quest can be obtained during the Freehold part of the Tiragarde Sound storyline.

Strange Looking Mechanical Squirrel for Polished Pet Charm x 75. Summons Mechanical Prairie Dog.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you need to complete the side quests at Southwind Station: An Explosive Opportunity, ‘Making Mysteries/ Spring Cleaning/ The Beauty of Marketing, Inspection Gadget.
It will unlock upon completing Inspection Gadget.

Happy Holaua
Happy Holaua, located at 56 32 in Dazar’alor, sells many Battle Pets, but has 3 extra Battle Pets that can be unlocked with certain requirements.
Child of Jani for Polished Pet Charm x 100. Summons Child of Jani.
You unlock this Battle Pet after completing the achievement Get Hek’d, which asks you to complete many tasks for Jani in Zandalar.

Lil’ Tika for Polished Pet Charm x 200. Summons Lil’ Tika.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you need to complete the quest Lil’ Tika.
This quest can be obtained during the Sandscar Breach part of the Zuldazar storyline.

Lil’ Ben’fon for Polished Pet Charm x 300. Summons Lil’ Ben’fon.
To unlock this Battle Pet, you need to complete Cala Cruzpot’s quests, starting with Monstrous Matchmaker.
