In the cave under The Stalks you will find Murasmius and his quarter master
Do dailies and quests to raise reputation
The fastest way to get this achievement is to level up your Transport Network to level 3 ASAP. Each level of the network gives you an additional daily quest for a total possible for 1500 a day. It’ll take a few weeks to knock this out from scratch, but the quests are super easy and fast.
