Torn Page:
Found in the Chamber of War Room immediately after the Amalgam of Souls fight, on a desk by the southern part of the room.
Worn-Edged Page:
Found in the Grand Hall, to the left of the broken staircase, by the bookshelves.
Dog-Eared Page:
Found in the Grand Hall, it’s in the hallway connecting to the stairwell that takes you to Illysanna Ravencrest, tucked in the back on a desk.
Singed Page:
Found in Rookshold, the room filled with Wyrmtongue Tricker, on a table by three bookshelves and two weapon racks.
Ink-Splattered Page:
Found in Rook’s Rise, in the small round room connected to the stairs leading to Lord Ravencrest’s Chamber after defeating Smashspite the Hateful.
Hastily-Scrawled Page:
Found in Lord Ravencrest’s Chamber on the desk, at the end of the instance.
These spawn on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulty, and you’ll only get one per run, making this achievement a six-run minimum.
The page that spawns is random so may take a lot more than 6 runs to find all pages
Black Rook Moan – Defeat Amalgam of Souls after killing a Frustrated Soul in Black Rook Hold on Mythic difficulty.
Upon reaching 50% health, Amalgam of Souls will start casting “Call Souls”. This will spawn eight Restless Souls on the edges of the room, that will start slowly moving towards the boss. If they reach him, he’ll get a damage increase for his group-wide damage cast.
If a Restless Soul is prevented from reaching the boss for 60 seconds after “Call Souls”, it will turn into a Frustrated Soul, which is the same thing but with a red tint. The goal of this achievement is to kill that Frustrated Soul.
Put up a marker one of the Restless Souls, and kill all the others without using any AoE abilities.
Amalgam of Souls will become stationary and not do any damage until the last Restless Soul is either dead or has merged into the boss. So you can safely let your CC’er do his/her thing
You have to be careful so the boss doesn’t reach 15% HP, as this will make all adds despawn, potentially ruining your achievement.
Make sure to CC or otherwise stun one Restless Soul for at least one minute. Reportedly, the following abilities works quite well:
Druid’s Entangling Roots (by far one of the best options)
Hunter’s Ranger’s Net (supposedly works quite well from what I’ve read)
Paladin’s Repentance (not tested, but I can imagine it would work)
Rogue’s Blind (not tested, but I can imagine it would work as well)
Adds? More Like Bads – Defeat Illysanna Ravencrest without killing any of her allies in Black Rook Hold on Mythic difficulty.
