Gokklok’s Shell spawns an open clamshell that you dance on.
In order to get it, you have to kill Gokk’lok, a very large clam in the northwest seas of Dread Wastes.
After you kill him you automatically receive a quest called Promises of Gold.
When you turn in the quest you receive the shell.
