The Necronom-i-nom
The The Necronom-i-nom is a mysterious book that grants a variety of effects.
To use the Necronom-i-nom, you need to have one Enchanting Vellum in your bags.
These can be purchased from any Trade Goods vendor.
The effects last 10 minutes each, with the Necronom-i-nom itself having a 30-minute cooldown.
There are three effects you can get by default, and a fourth one by collecting another treasure
You can obtain this toy during one of the side quests required for the achievement Sojourner of Maldraxxus, the Archival Protection quest chain.
The questline starts with the quest Read Between the Lines.
This questline unlocks the Sepulcher of Knowledge tower in northern Maldraxxus, and you can loot the Necronom-i-nom toy during the quest Archival Protection.
The book will be at the bookshelves next to The Archivist, the NPC objective for this quest.
In case you’ve already completed the questline and you missed the book, you can return to the now unlocked tower and just climb it to grab the toy!
