You need to find 8 scrolls in Zereth Mortis to get Tales of the Exile
All playes share CD to collect them and respawn time is ~10 minutes
It looks like if someone else just collected the page, you still can pick it up, just like flowers
After you collect them, you can sell them for 10 gold each
