To get this toy you need to borrow Melly’s Metronographer from Melly Teletone in the upper level of the Everywhen Inn down near the Tempral Conflux Thaldraszus ( /way #2025 52.15, 81.41) -( requires completing an extremely short questline if you haven’t already )- and use it near Bartender Bob.
This will spawn Bartender Blob who sells the tea.
Tea has a 25-30 second timer on it
Don’t drink the tea immediately- go out to a nearby waterfall and use it on the plateau after the first cascade (/way #2025 54.65, 85.85).

Click the clock that is revealed, kill Temporal Investi-gator, and receive Investi-gator’s Pocketwatch.
Tempral Investigator is an alligator with quite high health (3.5m)
so – Borrow a Melly’s Metronographer+++ from Melly Teletone upstairs of the Eon’s Fringe Inn (must have done her questline first), then use it near Bartender Bob. Buy an Infinitea (30sec Duration, be quick) from Bartender Blob, go to [54,85] and drink your Infinitea, there should now be an interact-able clock, click on it, it will spawn a rare Temporal Investi-gator with 3.5m HP.
