Since the launch of patch 10.2.5 the anglers of Azeroth have discovered the item can be found by fishing the waters of Gilneas!
Dredging up the glasses does not appear to require having completed the Reclamation of Gilneas questline, and the number of casts can vary, with reports ranging from dozens to hundreds of attempts, seemingly regardless of skill in either Classic or Dragonflight fishing.
Youwill need to start or have finished the Reclaiming Gilneas questline first.
