Requires researching Altonian Understanding and completing the achievement A Means to an End.
Once both requirements are complete, go to the coordinates above to unlock the secret Rondure Alcove teleporter for the Resonant Peaks. With the teleporter unlocked, get at least 60 Cosmic Energy, go to Gravid Repose, then teleport to the Inner Locus. On the Inner Locus, you will find a second locus shift named Arcae Locus, use this one to teleport to the Rondure Alcove.
Inside the Rondure Alcove you’ll see two orb jumping puzzles and a locked door with a giant arch. The protoform schematic will be located at the top portion of the arch, hidden behind the arch’s structure. Either use the jumping puzzles to reach the top of the arch, or a displacement ability like Door of Shadows to loot it.
The Schematic is located on the top of a door. It only requires jumping on 3 orbs total, so if you’re doing more than that, you’re not going the right way. 🙂 You wanna aim for that weird triangle shaped door.
