Nazjatar Blood Serpent
The Nazjatar Blood Serpent is a mount which has a 100% chance to drop from Adherent of the Abyss.
The Nazjatar Blood Serpent is a grey and red flying serpent mount with black smoke accents.
In order to summon Adherent of the Abyss, you will first need to collect 20x Abyssal Fragment, which are a world drop many mobs throughout Kul’Tiras and Zandalar.
These fragments can also be bought and sold on the Auction House.
Once you have collected 20 Abyssal Fragment, you will need to head to the Altar of the Abyss in Stormsong Valley and make an offering to the altar.
This Altar can be found in Stormsong Valley behind a waterfall at 73.50, 23.61.
Clicking the altar will take off a small amount of HP (around 5k), use up your Abyssal Fragments, and craft the item Abhorrent Essence of the Abyss.

Abhorrent Essence of the Abyss leads you to the next location, the Abyssal Flame.

The Abyssal Flame is also located in Stormsong Valley inside a mine by Warfang Hold.
The entrance is at 46.46, 36.06 and the flame itself is basically straight back through the cave at 59.36, 54.21.
Once you arrive there is a little statue that gives a warning on a plaque:You feel a crippling fear, making the offering without a group of powerful allies would be unwise…
This implies the need for more allies to help you kill what you summon.
You will want to form a party of 5 (or less if you’re more geared) and approach the altar to summon Adherent of the Abyss.
When you click on the void sphere sitting on the altar you will summon the Adherent of the Abyss, a mob with about 1.3 million
Once you and your allies have defeated this foe, Adherent of the Abyss will drop Nazjatar Blood Serpent for ONLY the player who summoned the Adherent.
Additionally, Aether of the Abyss will drop for all party members who participated in the kill, including the summoner.
(This sounds like all party members get the item to summon the Aherent of the Abyss – meaniing they too can summon it and get the drop – unless I’ve read that wrong – so take a party just in case – even if you don’t need for the dps)
