Results of Meeting Sunday Dec 7th ~
The meeting was well attended – there were more people in Vent than Mumble so we all ended up in Vent.
The Guild Bank balance has been declining. It’s not an immediate drama but we want to be able to sustain (or even increase) the level of daily repairs currently provided, which is:
Initiates – 10G
Members – 15G
Loyal – 25G
Veteran – 50G
Officers – 150G
Officers are disproportionately higher as they have guild responsibilities.
We will keep these as they are unless the bank balance drops below 50K. Several options were discussed, including a tithe on members (which we don’t want to do). What we agreed was:
1. Donations of gold or high level crafted items will be gratefully accepted. Crafted items are to be placed in the Glass Tab and will be auctioned or sold to guild members at 50% of the AH price.
2. We will run a weekly(?) guild lotto and call for nominations for organiser/s.
3. We will encourage guild dungeon runs and raids once people are more geared. People should always invite guildies first before pugging.
On the raiding side, Helldust will continue to run casual LFRs for NTW on Wednesday nights, which will be posted on the Guild calendar. This gives our members the opportunity to gear up and learn the fights in a friendly environment. Hell has a proper raiding guild that runs on Friday nights, but this is closed and by invitation only. People are expected to participate in the Wednesday night LFRs regularly before seeking an invite. These full raids will not be on the NTW calendar.
